In general health plays an important role in our lives. Because if we don’t have good health, we can’t do what we love, so we have to care about our health. Doing exercise🏃, having good eating habits🍉, and maintaining a comfortable mind are key factors for a healthy lifestyle😄.


      

Firstly, a healthy diet. Do: eat a lot of vegetables🍅, fruits🍈, eat slowly, eat smaller portions, drink more water. However avoid: fatty food🍖, desserts🍰, grains🍚, fast food🍔, soda🍹 or alcohol🍻. 











Secondly, we should exercise usually, exercise helps us stay healthy, stay in shape, lose weight💪. Moreover, it helps us to have a more comfortable mind and prevent cardiovascular diseases. 

Last but not least. We must relax mind, think positively😊. In that, we should avoid pressure, negative thoughts💫. Playing games🎮, listening to music🎧🎶 and playing sports will help you reduce stress and have a relaxed spirit.


In conclusion, I've doing fitness and eating habits for about a week. Therefore, everyone should fitness and eating habits for myself, at least about 2 to 3 day a week💪🙌.
